Aufgaben
- Build, operate and further develop the Security Operations Center (SOC) and its ecosystem of security tools
- Design and optimize workflows and integrations to automate SOC processes
- Monitor and analyze security-related events and alerts
- Detect and assess security incidents and respond to them, including the execution of appropriate countermeasures
- Collaborate closely with global Corporate IT Security and IT teams
- Continuously improve SOC monitoring and incident response processes
- Coordinate and support projects within the team
Qualifikationen
- Degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences or a comparable technical education
- Strong knowledge of common operating systems, network fundamentals and IT architectures
- Professional experience in IT Security, IT Administration, Networking or a related field
- Ideally, practical experience with modern cybersecurity tools such as SOAR solutions or SIEM systems
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python) is an advantage
- Independent, structured and analytical working style with a strong willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a globally distributed team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
