Purpose Of the Role:
Opening new business areas and further developing existing ones.
Responsibilities
- Management and development of a defined customer portfolio
- Establishment and expansion of the strategic network with partners, associations, and other players
- Design and implementation of new strategies in marketing and sales
- Making forecasts of future trends and developments
- Knowledge transfer to the organization
- Monitoring and reporting
- Market and competitor analysis
- Presence at trade fairs and conferences
The Ideal candidate will have
- A strong commercial and financial mindset to understand business impact.
- The ability to influence and engage people at all levels within an organisation.
- Confidence in communicating clearly and effectively, both in writing and face-to-face, across different teams.
- Active listening skills to truly understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
- The resilience to perform well under pressure when deadlines and targets matter.
- A foundational knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
- Strong communication skills to persuade, negotiate, and present confidently in meetings and training sessions.
- Good time management skills to prioritise and manage your workload efficiently.
- Comfortable using MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Preferably some business-to-business sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales environment (desirable)
- Project management skills or experience will be a plus.
