Tasks:

 

  • Expanding and actively managing the existing client portfolio.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned market.
  • Driving business development efforts through proactive phone outreach and on-site visits to key accounts.
  • Delivering professional presentations on the company, its solutions, and service offerings.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, clearly outlining the company’s capabilities and tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
  • Preparing customized proposals aligned with each client’s requirements and business objectives.
  • Negotiating commercial and financial terms with clients and collaborating closely with the commercial division to share insights and progress.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate potential new markets and growth opportunities.
  • Achieving assigned sales targets, both qualitative and quantitative, in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Sales experience in the logistics sector.
  • Mandatory knowledge of air and sea freight service sales, as well as a strong understanding of the target markets to be prospected (market landscape, competitors, available resources, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and proficiency in managing sales pipelines and customer data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum English level: B2.
  • Willingness and availability to travel as required by the role.
