Tasks
- To work with the customer to provide the best service available within the time constraints provided
- To create a relationship with customers and suppliers and be able to inform customers of any deviations to the plan
- Liaise by telephone/email/with partners/customers and other departments and suppliers
- General administration duties including order entry and customs administration
- Support the business with any additional tasks as required
- Maintain a team-oriented atmosphere
Qualifications
- Some experience of computer packages like MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Word etc.) would be advantageous but not essential
- Takes an organised and methodical approach
- Excellent approachable face to face and phone manner
- Proactive communication skills

- Willingness to learn
- Punctual
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Customer Service
- Functional skills in maths and English if required
- On and off the job training and location to be confirmed including rotation round other departments.
