Tasks

 

  • Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors and pain points, particularly in logistical processes
  • Develop innovative design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
  • Ensure design solutions integrate with back-end systems, optimizing workflow and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals
  • Iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback, focusing on optimizing logistical workflows
  • Plan and conduct usability tests, analyzing results to enhance user experience and logistical efficiency
  • Create and maintain detailed design specifications and guidelines to support development and QA teams

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field, additional experience or education in logistics is a plus
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications, particularly in logistical contexts
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Ability to create holistic design solutions considering both front-end interfaces and back-end processes
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex logistical requirements into functional designs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skill
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design work
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
