Solution Architect (m/f/x) IT File & Content Solutions

Tasks

 

  • Operate and maintain legacy filesystems in an enterprise environment (27.000 users)
  • Design and analyze permission and data structures in our central file store
  • Expand the on-prem file stores to cloud based storage spaces (for example Azure, AWS)
  • Maintain, monitor and support SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business in a large enterprise environment
  • Customize SharePoint Online sites, for example Intranet with Power Automate, Azure Functions, Web Parts and SPFx
  • Design and implement storage tiering in M365 for cost optimization and using backup solution for M365
  • Translate and implement business needs in SharePoint Online

Qualifications

 

  • Solid knowledge in legacy filesystems (SMB/CIFS, Microsoft DFS)
  • Multiple years of professional experience in M365 SharePoint Online (Implementation, file share migration)
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure Functions and Power Automate (Architecture, Design, Implementation)
  • Strong expertise in customizing SharePoint sites, Viva Connections and Viva Engage
  • Proven experience in M365 Governance (SharePoint Online, Labeling, Purview, SharePoint Agents)
  • Deep knowledge in managing cloud stores, for example Azure File Store, Azure Data Lake Store
  • Knowledge of IaaS solutions like Terraform scripts are welcome
  • Good knowledge of English
