Tasks
- Support and further development of the digital product Digital Workplace specifically in the associated IT product Digital Workplace
- Technical development, implementation and operation of the Microsoft Power Platform environment
- Operation and technical development of the Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Agents environment
- 2nd-level support for M365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Creation of technical concepts for the Digital Workplace (hardware / software)
- Technical responsibility for other products in the context of IT Digital Workplace
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in IT or comparable training and experience in IT
- Competence in advising and explaining technical solutions
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot
- Good knowledge of modern Microsoft architectures, especially in the digital workplace environment
- Good market overview and ability to evaluate products from a technical perspective
- Fluent in spoken and written English
