Tasks
- Engage with business specialists, product managers and development teams to gather, analyze and document requirements for new features and enhancements
- Develop clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
- Identify opportunities to improve our requirements gathering and management processes
- Propose and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and clarity
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows and data models, to support the development and testing teams
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that requirements are testable and that the delivered solutions meet the defined requirements
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating effective communication to ensure mutual understanding and successful project outcomes
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in requirements engineering, business analysis or related field in an agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements
- Attention to detail and systematic approach to capturing and documenting requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, understanding of logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
- Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar
- Good knowledge of English
