Tasks
- Central point of contact for business stakeholders regarding all IT-related questions for our Finance and HCM products
- Cross-functional responsibility for IT products
- Preparing and participating in workshops, reviews and internal coordination for the continuous development of the products
- Supporting and assisting in the implementation of new IT software solutions
- Coordinating and managing second-level support activities
- Collaborating in the continuous optimization of our ITSM processes and related documentation, as well as, actively participating in quality assurance for new features and releases
Qualifications
- Initial professional experience as an IT Project or Product Manager in a comparable role, ideally
- Knowledge of SAP and LeanIX is advantageous, but not required
- Strong affinity for IT and an interest in complex IT system landscapes
- Excellent communication skills as well as strong moderation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in project management as well as in IT processes and IT service management
- Used to work in a structured, independent and team-oriented manner and to a strategic and analytical approach
