Tasks

 

  • End-to-end support of the entire recruiting process for IT roles in our IT Hub to ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process
  • Active sourcing of candidates via e.g. LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Building and maintaining a sustainable talent pipelines for future hiring needs within IT roles (e.g. Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Cloud Engineers, etc.)
  • Developing creative outreach search strategies that actually generate positive responses
  • Conducting screenings, interviews and candidate assessments, as well as supporting candidates through to their first day on the job
  • Participating in events, fairs and recruitment related activities
  • Working closely with hiring managers to refine requirements and optimize recruiting strategies
  • Analyzing trends in the IT job market and developing new sourcing approaches

Qualifications

 

  • A successfully completed degree in HR or comparable training
  • Relevant experience in IT recruiting or active sourcing
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring people to pursue new career opportunities
  • A structured approach to work, analytical thinking, and an understanding of technical roles
  • Driving license and ability for business travels
  • Excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English skills
