Assistant (m/f/x) IT Hub Office

Our DACHSER Corporate IT Hub in Porto is growing, and we are now looking for an organized, proactive and people-oriented professional to help us keep things running.
Working closely with the IT Hub Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the hub, coordinate office activities, help organize internal events and visits, participate in tech events and contribute to creating a great working environment for our teams.
Tasks
- Support the IT Hub Manager in the day-to-day operational and organizational activities of the IT Hub
- Coordinate office-related activities and liaise with local suppliers
- Assist in the organization of internal events, team activities and visits from international colleagues
- Support the planning and preparation of participation in tech conferences and fairs, university initiatives and networking opportunities
- Contribute to creating a positive employee experience by supporting engagement initiatives within the IT Hub
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, optimize workflows and support initiatives that contribute to the continuous development of the IT Hub
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communication or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly
- A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic and growing environment
- Fluency in Portuguese and the ability to communicate confidently in English is mandatory - additional languages, such as Spanish, are considered a plus
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking or invoice management is considered an asset
- Availability for occasional national and international travel
- Valid driving licence
