Tasks

 

  • Support for drivers and departure houses
  • Coordination with dispatch and delivery companies
  • Proactively informing the branches and customers involved
  • Supervision of drivers
  • Organization of special trips
  • Processing shipments with the help of Active Report, unloading report, hall recording, remaining items list
  • Complaint processing

Qualifications

 

  • Vocational training / apprenticeship: Management assistant for forwarding and logistics services
  • or comparable qualification
  • Language skills: English, B1
