Tasks
- Support for drivers and departure houses
- Coordination with dispatch and delivery companies
- Proactively informing the branches and customers involved
- Supervision of drivers
- Organization of special trips
- Processing shipments with the help of Active Report, unloading report, hall recording, remaining items list
- Complaint processing
Qualifications
- Vocational training / apprenticeship: Management assistant for forwarding and logistics services
- or comparable qualification
- Language skills: English, B1
