Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track key Quality KPIs, analysing results and proposing improvement actions;
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, HACCP and ISO 14001 standards;
  • Participate in the preparation, coordination and follow-up of internal and external audits;
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality processes, procedures and best practices;
  • Collaborate in the development, review and continuous improvement of organisational processes;
  • Manage, maintain and control the documentation of the Quality Management System;
  • Prepare quality reports, performance indicators and action plans;
  • Identify non-conformities, deviations and improvement opportunities, monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
  • Develop training materials and deliver training and awareness sessions to employees on quality, environmental and food safety matters;
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

 

  • About You
  • Degree in Quality Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (preferred);
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP and ISO 14001 standards (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies will be considered an asset;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Proactive, dynamic and results-oriented mindset;
  • English proficiency at B2 level (mandatory);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
