Tasks
- Scheduling for system and on-demand transports
- Organization of charter transports with the greatest possible cost-benefit effect
- Disposition of groupage, partial and complete loads, if necessary single consignments under consideration of takeover and delivery date under economic and qualitative aspects
- Purchasing of loading space
- Processing of customer orders
- Contact person for customers, partners and drivers // Link between disposition, dispatch and loading
- Preparation of the required transport documents
- Transport price calculation for daily rates

Qualifications
- Vocational training / apprenticeship: Management Assistant for Freight Forwarding and Logistic Services
- or comparable qualification
