In Corporate Digital Innovation & Development, we take care of cross-divisional digitalization with the core elements of innovation projects, shared services and coordination of strategic planning with the service owners.  


Your new home in the Document Management & Workflows team is responsible for the operation and targeted further development of defined systems and workflows as well as cross-divisional document processing and the strategic development of document management and corresponding workflows.  


The central mission of the Document Management & Workflows team is to anchor holistic and sustainable digital end-to-end processes in the company.In addition, automation and the use of state-of-the-art technology is a future key element in reducing the administrative workload in the DACHSER organization, with AI playing a decisive role.


  • You are product owner for two modules of our document management tool (receipt and attachment processing) and work in an agile scrum team.
  • You are a project manager for international, medium-sized digitization projects in our business areas.
  • You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary project team consisting of business & IT.
  • You actively lead projects using agile management methodology.
  • You lead projects to success while adhering to the defined milestones and agreed budgets.
  • Do you like traveling? Combining business & IT requires direct insight into the relevant personas.



  • You have a good command of English (we are an English-speaking team, so knowledge of German is not a prerequisite). 
  • You are open-minded and enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment. You are a good communicator, enjoy working with people and can motivate others with your positive charisma. 
  • You are enthusiastic about new technologies and processes and see yourself as a digital native or citizen developer. 
  • You want to actively shape logistical processes and relationships and can stand up for your convictions and actively defend your point of view. 
  • You think entrepreneurially and have an eye for the big picture. 
  • You have a good analytical understanding and the ability to think your way into complex contexts.
