Tasks
- You will further develop, design, and deliver our standard training programs for our transportation management system "Othello" and, independently, conduct training sessions in both German and English.
- You will design and create engaging, modern e-learning courses for our branches worldwide, supporting the onboarding and development of new colleagues in our air and sea freight operations.
- You will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement practical, English-language training content and contribute your own ideas to continuously improve learning solutions.
- You will create clear, user-friendly training materials in English.
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services, a commercial qualification, or a degree in a related field.
- You have gained practical experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- You possess advanced MS Office skills.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge, facilitating learning, and presenting new topics to diverse audiences.
- You are self-motivated, eager to learn, reliable, and open to different cultures, working styles, and methodologies.
- Due to the international nature of the role, occasional business travel (approximately 4-6 weeks per year) is desirable.
