Tasks
- Transfer Business and IT demands into tangible architecture to compare, monitor and derive reflected data-driven decisions
- Expand and improve our system of record for architectural artefacts
- Formulate EA Governance by principles, guidelines, guardrails
- Support, improve and expand our architecture community
- Support stakeholder onboarding through hands-on sessions and modeling trainings
Qualifications
- Degree of business informatics, or comparable experience as business architect / IT architect
- Several years of work experience in the area of enterprise architecture management (business architect, IT architect, requirements management)
- Ability to analyze business or IT demands from different viewpoints to outline the architectural dependencies towards the enterprise
- Strong understanding of interdisciplinary contexts, analytical thinking skills as well as initiative and the ability to work in a team
- Fluent Business English required
- Work experience with leanIX as well as knowledge of EA Frameworks like TOGAF, SAFe desirable
