Tasks
- Function as global contact point for inquiries regarding TMS Othello and other ASL core systems including related interfaces
- Execution of troubleshooting for TMS and handling of issues within 2nd-level support
- Global 3rd-level business support function for complex system process issues in collaboration with head office departments
- Verification of correct system usage and system behavior regarding errors or process deviations
- Close collaboration with IT development for consolidation, analysis, and resolution of issues requiring code changes or new functionalities
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in forwarding / logistics or equivalent qualification
- Experience in handling TMS systems (ideally TMS Othello)
- Fluent English skills in written and spoken form
- Ability for identification and proactive resolution of discrepancies
- Enjoyment of working with systems and processes
- Team orientation and integration into globally operating team with intercultural collaboration
