Tasks

 

  • Function as global contact point for inquiries regarding TMS Othello and other ASL core systems including related interfaces
  • Execution of troubleshooting for TMS and handling of issues within 2nd-level support
  • Global 3rd-level business support function for complex system process issues in collaboration with head office departments
  • Verification of correct system usage and system behavior regarding errors or process deviations
  • Close collaboration with IT development for consolidation, analysis, and resolution of issues requiring code changes or new functionalities

Qualifications

 

  • Completed vocational training in forwarding / logistics or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in handling TMS systems (ideally TMS Othello)
  • Fluent English skills in written and spoken form
  • Ability for identification and proactive resolution of discrepancies
  • Enjoyment of working with systems and processes
  • Team orientation and integration into globally operating team with intercultural collaboration
