Tasks

 

  • You are part of the Document Management & Workflows team, which uses state-of-the-art technologies to manage the operation and further development of global document processing and archiving 
  • You will manage (sub)projects with a focus on logistics document management processes and archiving solutions 
  • You will use agile management methods and lead your projects to success in accordance with defined milestones and agreed budgets  
  • You will gain direct insight and exchange with our branches through business travel to support close collaboration between business and IT 
  • You will work closely and enjoy direct exchange with colleagues and diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

 

  • You have good German and English skills (we are a mainly English-speaking team) 
  • You are enthusiastic about new technologies and processes and see yourself as a digital native 
  • You are familiar with logistics processes and want to actively shape them - Your entrepreneurial mindset and eye for the big picture help you in this endeavor 
  • You have experience in (agile) project management and preferably in process management (BPMN)
  • You are open-minded and enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment
  • You are a good communicator, enjoy working with people and can motivate others with your positive attitude
