Trainee Program*

In our various trainee programs, you will pass through different stations and gain comprehensive insights into the respective functional areas at DACHSER. While working at our locations, you will expand your expertise and build up a valuable internal network. You will take on your first projects and be actively involved in day-to-day business. You will also have the freedom to contribute your own ideas for the optimization and further development of processes.

The trainee program is based on an individual rotation plan with clear learning objectives and has a maximum total duration of 2 years. During this time, your own mentor will support you not only professionally but also personally.

In our trainee programs, you will build a solid foundation for an initial entry-level position with the aim of contributing and developing your knowledge and experience in the course of a long-term career as an expert or manager.
