Tasks
- Second level support for our Road transport management applications
- Processing, analyzing and solving support requests and creating of documentation
- Preparation, execution and control of regular or unscheduled program changes on the test and production environments
- Support with the technical setup of new operating sites
- Single point of contact for our Service Desk and close cooperation with specialist departments and development groups in the course of problem solving
Qualifications
- Successfully completed training in the field of IT
- High IT affinity and enjoy solving software and technical problems, as well as the willingness to learn solution methods for IT problems
- Several years of experience in first or second level support
- Confident handling of Office programs and other IT tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and service-oriented mindset desirable
- Good knowledge of English
