Tasks
- Supervision of two Scrum development teams
- Planning, moderation and follow-up of Scrum events
- Early recognition and elimination of obstacles, conflicts and risks
- Ensuring communication and collaboration within the teams and with external stakeholders
- Communicating agile values and principles and being a methodological expert in the DACHSER platform team
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and drive the continuous development of the company's agility
Qualifications
- Practical experience in the role of a Scrum Master or in a comparable position in an agile environment
- Completed studies preferably in (business) informatics or training in the IT environment as well as certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or similar)
- Very good knowledge in the areas of moderation, team development and the ability to self-reflect
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Confident appearance and good knowledge of English
- Knowledge in the use of agile tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Experience with agile scaling frameworks (SAFe) desirable
- Ideally experience in conducting workshops and training courses on agile topics
