Tasks

This program is designed to develop future commercial talents through a structured learning journey that combines cross-functional rotations, practical business exposure, and customer-facing experiences. Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a permanent commercial role and begin their professional sales career with DACHSER.

During the 9 to 12-month training program, you will gain valuable exposure across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Contract Logistics, and supporting business functions, building a solid understanding of end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Passionate about pursuing a career in Sales and Business Development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn

  • A team player with the ability to work independently

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
