Tasks
- Help and support the DACHSER Ocean Freight application and escalate any issues to global support team.
- Provide the tips or guidelines of the DACHSER Ocean Freight application to Ocean Freight operation team.
- Assist in IT department daily operations
- Provide system, network analyzing and troubleshooting to all APAC offices
- Backend systems administration and management
- Prepare users / server technical documentations
- Liaise and coordinate with corporate IT teams to support and resolve operational issues
- Monitor and maintain in server room facilities, server and communication network
- Support the implementation of the infrastructure project and manage vendor activities
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student pursuing bachelor’s degree in IT related field.
- Passionate to build a career in logistics industry after graduation.
- Energetic and a fast learner.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
