Tasks
- Handle daily warehouse operations, including: loading and unloading, receiving, put-away, storage of goods, order picking, packing, etc.
- Perform quality inspections and value-added services (VAS), including labeling, barcode scanning, and palletizing
- Operate warehouse equipment and perform basic maintenance, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and label printers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Coordinate and communicate closely with Customer Service and Transportation teams
- Use WMS and customer systems for data entry and warehouse transactions
- Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory stocktakes
Qualifications

Secondary 3 education or above

Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience

Valid forklift license is an advantage

Familiar with warehouse operations and WMS/ERP systems

Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
