Professional Specialist Sea Freight Export
Tasks
- Coordinate Sea Freight Export shipments from A-Z
- Communication with Customer, Carrier and Vendor
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Update all necessary export requirements on timely basis
- Follow the set KPI and SOP
- Comply with all regulations and guidelines
- Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (shipping lines, trucking companies, and otehrs)
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
- Track and trace shipments as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- 2 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding
- Good communication in English
- Sufficient experience in Sea Export process and overall handling (having other product experience like import will be a plus point)
- Having knowledge about customs processes, trucking handling is a plus point
- Able to work under pressure to meet timelines
- Strong desire to learn
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
