Tasks

Lead a customer service team to ensure seamless daily operations in air freight export and import

Ensure customers receive exceptional service, fostering strong relationships

Support Sales and Implementation in onboarding new customers

Build and develop a high-performing, passionate customer service team

Manage tender process, ensuring strategic and competitive contract proposals

Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards
-
Act as a key escalation point, providing guidance and support to your team

Regularly update management on operational developments and improvements
Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Logistics Management or related fields

8-10 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding field with 5 years supervisory role

Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

Proficiency in spoken and written English & Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

Good computer knowledge in MS office skills especially in Excel

Self-motivated, pro-active and detail-oriented work approach

Mature, able to work under pressure & independently
