Tasks
- Support and development of the customer portfolio based on defined KPIs
- Implementation and further development of administrative sales-relevant processes
- Establishing contact with existing and potential customers
- Customer-specific consulting and development
- Preparation, execution and documentation of customer meetings
- Creation and maintenance of all sales-relevant customer information and master data, especially via our CRM system
- Execution and documentation of offer and price updates
- Scheduling and preparation of customer appointments
Qualifications
- Preferably professional experience in sales
- Good communication skills
- Customer centric mindset
