Tasks

Manage the full debtors function, including invoicing, statements, reconciliations, and collections.

Ensure accurate billing aligned with freight files, tariffs, and operational charges.

Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain age analysis within company targets.

Resolve billing queries with internal teams, clients, and service providers.

Monitor credit limits and ensure compliance with company credit policies.

Prepare weekly and monthly debtors reports for management.

Liaise closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure accurate financial data.

Maintain professional communication with clients regarding overdue accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (essential).
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Debtors role within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- SAP experience (highly advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
