Tasks

 

  • Handle the full A–Z import process for sea freight shipments (FCL & LCL).

  • Register files, capture data, and ensure accurate documentation from pre‑alert to delivery.

  • Track and trace cargo, monitor vessel movements, and update clients proactively.

  • Coordinate with shipping lines, co‑loaders, depots, and transporters for timely release and delivery.

  • Provide professional, timely updates to clients on shipment status.
  • Capture data into freight systems Othello

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Matric (non‑negotiable).

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sea freight imports within a freight forwarding environment.

  • Strong knowledge of customs clearing, forwarding processes, and Incoterms.
