Tasks

Conduct daily cold calls to potential importers/exporters and logistics decision‑makers.

Generate new leads and update the CRM system with accurate information.

Build rapport with clients over the phone and via email.

Handle basic customer queries professionally and escalate when needed.

Support the sales team with appointment setting and follow‑ups.

Participate in structured training on freight basics (INCOTERMS, modes, transit times, customs).

Shadow experienced sales and operations staff to understand end‑to‑end processes.

Develop product knowledge across airfreight, seafreight, road freight, and warehousing
Qualifications

Matric certificate (required).

Additional studies in sales, marketing, logistics, or business (advantageous but not required).
