Tasks

Arrange local collections and coordinate with overseas offices for international shipment pickups.

Track shipments proactively and provide timely status updates.

Register export files and accurately capture all related charges.

Follow up with forwarders or carriers to retrieve shipping documents after vessel departure.

Monitor and follow up on carrier invoices and Arrival Notification Fees (ANFs).

Coordinate with customs clearance and obtain all required releases from relevant government authorities.

Review vendor invoices and raise queries when discrepancies are identified.

Plan deliveries and maintain up‑to‑date tracking and status reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric / Grade 12 is consistently required.
- 2–5 years of experience in export freight forwarding.
- Experience handling full-function export files, including documentation, invoicing, and client coordination.
- Exposure to multimodal exports (sea, air, road) is often preferred.
