Tasks
- Handling of air freight shipments
- Order and notification acceptance
- Handling of import shipments through to delivery to the customer
- Arrival and delivery control, shipment tracking, and deadline monitoring
- Preparation and execution of customs and tax-related shipment processing
- Customer service and administration of customer processes
Qualifications
- Ideally experience in freight forwarding and logistics or comparable qualification
- Experience with dangerous goods and customs
- English language skills, at least B1 level
