Tasks
- Submissions of ALH reports within time frame and without errors
- Submissions of COH Import and Export reports within time frame and without errors
- Submissions fo HAB Import and Export reports within time frame and without errors
- Submissions of Out turn reports within time frame to BERT
- Out turn report submissions for BERT responces
- Load vouchers for Customs transactions into system
- Booking vouchers for Customs transaction into system
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Maths Literacy or Mathematics (advantageous)
- Basic compute literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Any short course in logistic, freight or customs (advantageous but not required)
- Experiece required 1-5 year in admin, logistics or freight
- Experience with data capturing or document handling is helpful
